This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!

It's things like this that make it look like I take myself way too seriously. I have a very wacky (and often self-deprecating) sense of humor, honest.
However... I am first and foremost a writer of fiction, a painter of poetic prose. I am second a corrector; I instinctively find and eradicate mistakes and incoherencies when I read. Only after that am I an artist, a daydreaming fount of imagery far beyond my ability to replicate. I am always learning, always experimenting, always recreating myself.
What you see here is only a chrysalis, one who hopes someday to come through metamorphosis and be all that she can.

So I'm thinking of doing the 100 Themes Challenge, not as an artist (because the imagery I get in my mind is faaaaaaar past my skill level), but as a writer. (I didn't realize you *could* do that until I saw a friend doing the challenge with fan fiction.) I think it'd be doable as a series of short writing exercises... but as I am notoriously noncommittal, I was wondering what my DA buddies here thought.
So... yeah. Thoughts?
Edit: Looks like I'm doing it. I'm going to try to write one a day. Wish me luck. I'll probably need it.
Hi there you've been hugged..by meeee!! Send one to all your friends who you think deserve a hug (which, hopefully includes the person who sent it to you)!!
You might send it to your enemies as well! It'll really make them stop and think!!!
If you don't receive this back, nobody likes you, and they wish you'd stop bugging them!
If you receive this back 1 time, open up! Find more friends, enemies, or enemies pretending to be friends
If you receive this back 2 times, you're off to a good start! (Unless you sent it to yourself! That's cheating!)
If you receive this back 3 times, you're a good friend.
If you receive this back 4 times, you're truly loved as a friend!!
Spread the DA love around! (you can copy and paste this message on their userpage!)
RULES: 1- You can hug the person who hugged you! 2- You -MUST- hug 6 other people, at least! 3- You should hug them in public! Paste it on their user page! 4- Random hugs are perfectly okay! (and sweet) 5- You should most definitely get started hugging right away
